Sierra Motaghi is a nutritionist with over 30 years of experience, including a decade as a health coach and holistic health practitioner. She specializes in empowering women, especially those in menopause, to balance blood sugar, manage weight, restore quality sleep, and reduce daily stress and fatigue. She believes in a gentle, whole-person approach that helps women feel supported, vibrant, and thrive at every stage of life. A proud mother of one daughter, she lives in beautiful, sunny Orange County, California.
My health journey began at the age of nine when I became a vegan, driven by my love for animals and a desire to eat clean. But after a decade of being vegan, I became pre-diabetic from eating too many carbs. I was carrying stubborn belly fat, and was tired and frustrated because I thought I was doing everything right.
This was my wake-up call, which made me realize I needed a more comprehensive solution. I stopped chasing diets and fitness trends and committed to understanding my body. This led me to earn my degree in Nutrition, become a Certified Health Coach, and a Holistic Health Practitioner so I could help myself — and later, other women.
Through my journey, I discovered that true wellness isn’t about dieting myths or running miles every day — it’s about aligning four pillars: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
Now, after optimizing these four pillars, I have balanced my blood sugar and hormones, and restored my energy while enjoying even Persian foods without guilt or fear. Today, I feel strong, focused, and grounded in purpose and gratitude.
Now I help other women do the same: balance their lifestyle, reduce stress, and restore their confidence so they can feel vibrant, empowered, and fully in control of their health.
